Delete your Libraco account

You can permanently delete your account from the Libraco mobile or web app. This removes your profile, shelf, notifications, uploaded files, authentication access, and provider login connection. Your reviews and direct chat threads are removed. In shared group chats, your messages and messages that explicitly mention your account are removed. Borrowing records needed by the other participant remain with your identity replaced by "Deleted user" and personal notes removed. A minimal account identifier is retained to prevent the deleted identity from signing back in.

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to Libraco.
2. Open Profile, then scroll to Account.
3. Select Delete account and confirm the permanent deletion.

Request deletion without app access

Email hello@libraco.app from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Libraco account deletion”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Requests are handled within one month. Provider backups, security records and copies already delivered to other people may follow separate retention periods.

Before you delete

Account deletion cannot be undone. Please complete or resolve active borrowing arrangements first so that other community members are not left without contact information. If you own a group with other members, transfer ownership before deleting your account.
